This place has really gone down hill since it changed owners and management. What used to be an awesome restaurant with happy employees, perfect to go orders has turned into a huge mess! I used to crave this place and told everyone about it. Whoever bought it took a great thing and run it to the ground. The last time I was inside, it was filty as well.

I love Mexican food and the Hamburger Factory has the best around, even though it's more than just a Mexican restaurant. It's better than some of the so-called upscale Mexican restaurants. I've tried the tacos, fajitas, and enchiladas on different trips and have always enjoyed it a lot. All the dishes come with chips and salsa, and the chips are really good! Prices are low. It all makes for a really nice experience.

Best Burgers Around! Very juicy, and they are huge. They say they're a half pound, but seem bigger. They have a lot of things on the menu, more than most anybody. Service is a cross between a cafeteria and a regular sit down and is quick. Great Mexican and barbeque too.

Best burgers I've had in a long time. The servings are large and the burgers are cooked to order - flame broiled. Some in my group had bbq and thought it was excellent. Highly recommend.

What the heck happened to this place? I used to brag, boast, sell, promote and even submit as a place of business in which my company would "cater" from.... but the place has since been sold (sold back? sold out?) and it has now become the most irritating, incompetent and "I hope I get what I ordered" place I've EVER experienced in my lifetmine! I am going to report to the BBB for several instances where they just don't cut it. Food - good. Service - the worst. Customer satisfaction - "huh".. I don't think they understand that language.

This place is now the WORST when it relates to customer service. I've yet to get an order - that I call in - correct... even though I ask them to repeat it. It's like a game of cat and mouse... hum... what will be in the bag this time? Lost Customer... forever. Including every company I've ever recommended this place to. Food can be good.. but if you don't get what you order, it is the absolute worst! Most Sincerely, Previous Customer P.S. If you've had this experience please let them know. I'm done and am reporting them to the BBB for TERRIBLE communications with their "used to be" customers. Never again will order, Discusted

A good place for homestyle cooking. This is the largest menu selection I've seen in a restaurant like this. Barbeque, Mexican, along with burgers and traditional favorites like chicken fried steak. It's all good and the interior of the restaurant is very comfortable - new booths, tables, etc. - and clean.

I took my whole family and there was something for each of us from kids meals to fajitas. It was all very good. The BBQ was the best. The portions were generous and the prices very reasonable.
