In Dallas, this is the only southern-style PIG barbeque you can get.
The servings are large and they put the slaw on top of the meat, this is
Memphis style! Fair prices, quick & friendly service, very busy
at night. The potato salad is outstanding. Rated: a big "T"

Expensive for the average BBQ. I wouldn't go hear if I was interested
in Texas BBQ, it's more Smokey Mountain region style.

If you want something other than the standard Texas BBQ, Red Hot
& Blue is the place to go. No one in Dallas does it better. It's
worth going just for the music and atmosphere, but the real joy
is the food. Pulled pork is the headline act, and everything else
on the menu is spectacular. If you want something really special,
try the Brunswick Stew.

I love this place. Excellent pork barbeque. I always go here when
I want ribs. Dry ribs are excellent. Side dishes (potato salad,
cole slaw, and baked beans) are second to none. You can always
tell it is a good place to eat when they pay close attention to the
side dishes. The pulled pork is pink and tender. Service is average,
but if you are looking for barbeque other than Texas style, this
is the place to go.

Tea in Huge Glasses. Fun memorabillia.

Better than average barbecue which is usually hit or miss. Try
the dry ribs for a variation on the typical. The lunch menu is reasonably
priced and the sandwhiches are sure to fill the biggest appetite.
The standout is the sausage. RHandB uses Earl Campbell's sausage
and it is by far the best tasting pork product you will ever put
into your mouth. The Nanner (banana) pudding and black berry
cobbler with ice cream are the dessert faves. Also this restaurant
has gigantic ice tea glasses which are a huge plus!

Having grown up on ribs from Carson's in Chicago, I find it difficult
to find truly superior barbeque. Red Hot & Blue, though not reaching
that superior level I mentioned previously, certainly demonstrated
more than adequate fare. The ribs were flavorful and very tender.
The option to go half wet and half dry is a very nice touch. However,
the wet version isn't real wet so be prepared to use some of the
table sauce which, incidentally, is quite nice. Unfortunately,
the hot version is a little too much fire without enough flavor.
As a side dish, the slaw was some of the best I've ever had. Service
was very friendly though a bit rushed (typical for a chain), atmosphere
was lively, and prices were reasonable. Overall, pretty good
bang for the buck.

Long wait at lunch, waited 30 minutes to be seated after being told
a 10 minute wait. Slow service, after complaining, told that they had a lot
of new people.
Food was slow in coming and cold. Anyone that has had true Memphis BBQ would
be disappointed.

Red, Hot, & Blue offers genuine Memphis style BBQ, pulled pork and dry ribs are
exceptional. The atmosphere of blues memorabilia and music completed
the memphis dining experience. Service was excellent and the management
was very attentive to the dining areas and the guests. Recommended
for anyone from families to businessmen. I will be back again and again.

A very good Bar-B-Que with a flair towards Blues and Hots. I
myself like hot but the wife found that the $BE%(Bry”
ribs a bit too hot. The music memorabilia was a treat as I
enjoy the Hard Rock type of place. Service was slow as they
seamed very busy with a short staff, not unlike a lot of
restaurants in the area needing more help. Pulled pork and
beef brisket was good but can get that almost anywhere just
as good. Went once and most likely will go again.
