Injra bread, a sour rye bread that is made like a pancake. Take the bread and lap up this delicious food. <br> Many items on the menu come from the Italian influence that Ethiopia experienced as a result of Italian occupation of the country. <br> If you've never experienced it, got to try it. <br> I've been trying to think of words to describe it, but fall short. <br> The food is a must try, I'm sure if you are adventerous you'll find that it is well worth the trip. <br> Try it you'll like it, a phrase that certainly fits this fare.

Excellent Ethiopian. Doro Wott and Yebeg Wott recommended. Try Ethiopian wine called 'hejj' (sp?)
