They pour the already-melted butter on top. Lots of sour cream and more cheese than you can imagine. Absolutely WORTH THE DRIVE to Pleasant Grove. Incredible barbeque too. Get the potato stuffed with barbeque. I ask for the meat on the side. It's sooo good, but come hungry.

The signature meal is a pulled pork sandwhich with coleslaw. This is a Memphis style sandwhich. The rest. has blues background and has blues music in the background. The waitstaff is friendly and great cust. service.

I really enjoyed the dry rub they use on the meat. On top of that the barbeque sauce is perfect. I don't really like coleslaw, but I liked theirs. I liked the setting and layout of the place.
