The BBQ is good; the sauce is what makes it (especially the spicy).Try
the steamed spinach in lemon butter sauce. The squash cassarole
is unexpected in a good way. For dessert, the fried pies are the
thing to pick. They'll make coconut even though it's
not on the daily menu and it's a close tie with chocolate.
Don't pass up looking at all the hockey pics and memorabilia
on the walls, makes you feel like a little rugrat again

This restaurant has the best bbq sauce in the US. It kind of reminds
you of a cafeteria when ordering your food, but the quality makes
up for it. The rolls are to die for.

The barbecue was a bit above average, but their rolls really ROCKED!
I had the sliced beef plate and it was pretty good, the portions
lacked something to be desired, but most barbecue IS overpriced!
If you're in the mood for BBQ, you can definitely appease
your
cravings here.

Great barbecue, especially the ribs. The food has a great flavor
and the service is good as well.

There is a lot of good bar-b-que to be had in the DFW area. Unfortunately
there are obviously not many people who know what good is. That
is why places like Spring Creek are still in business. The food
is average or less the value is poor and the atmospher is less than
great. Tip: try some of the others in town, then if you still want
to try this place and see what you have missed go ahead.

Great bread! My spouse has the ham and loves it and I have the BBQ
chicken. When its hot off the spit it is excellent. If its been
sitting around, a bit dry. I really like their sauce. A should
try for BBQ lovers.

The chicken seems to be dry, but the rolls make up for it--they're
excellent. I personally love the sausage, and it is a great place
for lunch/brunch meetings. The service is excellent, and services
large groups well.
