Dee's One Smart Cooke Gluten Free Bakery makes some incredible deserts along with other foods such as wild mushroom ravioli and breads. Because one of my friends has Celiac disease she has to eat only gluten free food. Finding tasty bakery goods can be very difficult. Dee's is the best place for baked goods even if you don't have to worry about the food you eat. They have some lemon squares that are out-of-this-world and cupcakes that will make you drool. Although they sell to the public, their primary business is selling to the local restaurants who offer a gluten free menu. Can't say enough about this wonderful bakery.
