My wife and I were very pleased with our entrees. She got the ribeye (rare)
with salsa verde -- cooked perfectly. I got the Pan Roasted Georgia
Trout with chipotle-sweet potato mashed, asparagus
and crawfish-basil brown butter. It was very good!! The sweet potatoes
especially. Our appetizer was a cup of cheezy potato bacon soup, which
was perfect. An upscale southern theme to the restaurant.
