What a great find. One of the best, if not the best, steak I have ever had.
The steaks are cooked to perfection. The three of us had prime rib, rib
eye, and BBQ combo. All were excellent with 2 sides and salad or soup
included. Save room for dessert. There is a selection of about 12. The
2 we selected were rich and great. (The BBQ eater was too full for dessert.)
The restaurant is off the beaten track (north on US 54 near the TX/NM
state line) but worth the drive for a special evening.
