Easily one of the worst dining experiences ever: From filthy menu, unwashed flatware, and inedible food. Never seen a negative star rating but this place deserves a negative 4 stars. Tullys idea of Maryland crab soup tastes more like cabbage soup, with crushed tomatoes with bits of cold crab floating in it. The Crab Cake was a joke, It was similar to what they make in NJ and say it's a Md Crab Cake. No wonder this place was empty at 6pm on a Saturday night. AVOID This place like the plague. Unless you enjoy eating lousy food served with dirty flat ware. This is a GROSS disgusting place. UGH!
