This is a great Mexican Restaurant specializing in the cuisine from
Puebla. Their Mole Poblano is excellent. The sauce is a combination
of sweet, bitter, and spicy and is very authentic. My only qualms with
this dish is that it is made with boneless, skinless chicken breasts
instead of pieces of chicken which I'm pretty sure is the traditional
way of making it, but the sauce is right on! Great fajitas and enchiladas
and their verde sauce made with green tomitallos is very good. Overall
a great little place!
