The restaurant has a very pleasing ambiance. The main dining
area is very Mediterranean, decorated in stone and Greek art
work. The open dining patio is interesting and fun. "The
Cazba was established in 1991 as Boise's premier Greek and
Mediterranean resturant. The Cazba features authentic foods
of the Eastern Mediterannean region, Carefully prepared by
our staff for your dinning enjoyment."
If you are lucky enough to be there when Adam Gottesman is singing,
your dining experience will be greatly enhanced. His talent
really adds to the ambiance. Food presentation is good. The platters
are presented full, but not decorated. The food is good quality
and the taste is excellant. "We choose only the freshest
ingredients and cook them to your liking. Our specialty shish
kabobs, gyros and wraps simply cannot be matched anywhere in
Idaho. Our pita bread has been specially selected and is brought
in from the country's top pita baker." Such a true statement!
One of the few places in Boise to find well prepared lamb entrees.
Alcoholic beverages are available. The service staff is pleasant
and helpful and not over whelming. The owners make it a point to
visit every table. That is a nice touch and one that is becoming
more and more popular. The dining experience is definitely worth
the price, which is not out of line for the quality of the dishes.
This is one of Boise's better resturants and definitely
rates the four stars. Meet your friends here for a good Mediterannean
Style meal. Write home to Mom about this one.
