First I would like to say to those that "had such a bad time" at this establishment. You obviously dont get out much do you? If you know anything about how a restaurant is run it helps you, as the customer, to cooperate as best as you can with the staff to help make things go smoothly for your party! Standing in the way of the staff dosent help much. quoted by this amature "WE WERE BLOCKING HER WORKERS AND SHE WILL AND CANNOT ALLOW THAT" What did you expect them to do? So STAY OUT OF THE WAY!!You and sidekick from Boston must be as "dumb as stumps" to expect the service to be efficient with you in the way! Im sure most of everyone in your party were very pleased with this establishment and the service. As they say "you cant please everyone" and you two definitly fall into that very small gap of "everyone".Let the rest of your party speak for themselves!Dont asume they feel like you do!No loss to them, Im sure to not having you here again!

They are the most thoughtful family I have ever met and I will continue to visit this TRUE ITALIAN restaurant for years to come. 5 stars without a doubt!!

I've been going to Biagetti's for most of my life and have always had a great meal. The owner and hostess, is always pleasant and professional. I have had numerous parties at Biagetti's including 4 where we had the entire restaurant, and the food and experience always exceeded my expectations.

The reviewer who had nasty comments is showing her ignorance by making personal comments that hold no truth. My job takes me all over the world and has allowed me to eat in the best restaurants, but I always look forward to coming home to Biagetti's.

I have planned and attended many parties at Biagetti's and never had problems as suggested by others on this site.
Biagetti's is a quiet neighborhood restaurant. As like most restaurants the night you attend makes the difference in the crowd.
I have never seen anyone who was not properly dressed. If you are planning a surprise party you are suppose to tell the restaurant when you book the party. The time you request at the restaurant to reserve your seating is not the time you tell the "birthday boy", obviously. The restaurant is not responsible for your party planning ignorance.
Your review reflects you as a rude obnoxious person. I have always been treated kindly and professionally at Biagetti's.
To get respect - you must give it, your not in the city boys! Little lesson for today and the rest of your life. Treat others as you would like to be treated. There is always two sides to a story. It would be very interesting to hear.
You can go online to see Biagetti's banquet menu. It is very affordably priced and we have only heard compliments after parties and people asking to book the next party there.

I attended what was supposed to be a surprise birthday party on Saturday July 9, 2005 at 6:45pm. We arrived early to seat people and to sign the birthday "Board" we had made up. Rather than doing so we were greeted with the most classless and ignorant woman I have ever met, comes to find out she's the owner.
Not only did she tell us we couldn't sit until our reservation time which was 7:30, coincidentally same time the "surprise" birthday boy was to arrive because "WE HAD A 7:30 RESERVATION AND WE'LL BE SAT AT 7:30" but we couldn't even stand at the bar because "WE WERE BLOCKING HER WORKERS AND SHE WILL AND CANNOT ALLOW THAT"
So we couldn't sit, we couldn't stand, we could breathe in case you were wondering, she let us do that and when it came down to it, it took us over 2 hours to get our entree, the food was positiviely awful and the owner had 1 waitress assigned to 25 people and she wouldn't even let some of the waitstaff turn on the ceiling fan we had above us, SHE HAD TO DO IT. Hail Hitler.
Stay away from this restaurant and this woman or your experience will be as miserable as mine and the people I was with all of whom had nothing good to say about her and were appaled at the way they were treated, and all in all the food isn't anything to write home about.

I went to this restaurant for a dinner party and it was terrible. The service was awful, the hostess/owner was very rude (not just to us but to other patrons) and the food was not TRUE ITALIAN. Obviously, the previous reviewer has never been to the North End in Boston! As a matter of fact, neither has the owner of this so called restaurant who also needs a lesson in customer service, fashion sense and cooking. I will never return and would recommend no one do.

This restaurant is the BEST! The atmosphere is very elegant, and the food is true italian. You can even get homemade pasta! The prices are very resonable, and the service is great!
