I have to admit when I heard of this place I was very doubtful about
their ribs...So I tried them and WOW these ribs were out of this
world. The spices they put on them makes them remarkable. I am
definantly going back to this place..

Corky's is one of the places that put Memphis on the barbecue
map. If you're in Lexington or anywhere you find a Corky's,
you have to try it.

Unlike what most people think about barbecue ribs, Corky's
cooks their ribs with only a rub of spices. You have to try them
this way to get an idea of their true flavor. They have a good sauce
which you can get to dip your meat in, but try it with just the rub.
You'll love it.

They also have good sides, the kind that most bbq joints have,
such as macaroni and cheese and cornbread.
