We had breakfast here on more than once. It was great every time. Can't
beat the view. Coffee was fresh and hot. Helpful hint: you can get a half
order of almost anything on the menu. Even with a half order some people
in our party didn't finish what was on their plate! Food is always
fresh and flavorful.

We had lunch here, and it was excellent. The view is fantastic. We went
from a beautiful sunny day to a blizzard, all during the time it took
us to eat. Very odd weather, but excellent restaurant.

Quite a spectacular view from this historic building and dining
room. The food is great but a little pricey as would be expected
at such a location. My steak was cooked to perfection

Modeled after a European hunting lodge, this rustic 19th-century
dining room built of hand-hewn logs is worth a visit in itself.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served beneath the beamed ceiling.
The cuisine is modern Southwestern, and the menu includes such
dishes as sautéed rainbow trout served with a wild rice salad
topped with an apple pumpkin seed salsa and a grilled New York
strip steak framed with buttermilk-cornmeal onion rings and
pepper jack au gratin potatoes

El Tovar is oddly situated near the edge of the Grand Canyon. The
food is excellent as is the service. The view is great and the hotel
is a destignation itself.

The El Tovar is the oldest of the Grand Canyon's lodges. It
is a curious building within view of the Canyon itself. Highly
recomended. Ask for a table with a view of the Canyon.
