Xebec is at the Radisson hotel. The restaurant itself is modern and stylish. The lighting is low, and it has a very intimate atmosphere. However, the two times we went there, we left disappointed. On the one hand, the free sourdough and olive oil dip was really really good. Unfortunately on both occasions we had to get the server's attention to ask for more. The food is a mixed bag. The crusted steak with tarragon sauce, and some kind of frisee salad with bleu cheese looked and tasted great. Bird's chicken stuffed with proscuitto was pretty pathetic - a tiny portion lacking in flavor. Second time we went, I opted for the Ceviche - very disappointing. Bird's shrimp linguine was good. Again we were irritated at the service - the server was inattentive and unfriendly. Xebec looks good but doesn't deliver.
