Great food! We have eaten here several times and never had a bad meal.
Very large portions, always enough for another meal and just as good
warmed over. The desserts are extra good! Good service, friendly staff
and the manager has checked on us every time.

The food is out-of-this-world fantastic, and you get a LOT for
the price. My husband and I never leave without a doggie bag. I
highly suggest the pepperoni bread, the fried calamari, and
the Penne Gorgonzola. You will not be disappointed.

The delicious garlic smell will hit you as you take your first
step inside. This is my favorite place to eat in Lexington. Not
only are you there as a guest, but the managers treat you like family.
Brian Kersey is the nicest man I have encountered in the restaurant
business. Next time you go be sure to enjoy the wonderful italian
nachos because they are A-mazing.

The food was great !!!! Olive garden use to be my favorite but Johnny
Carinos has won me over. I love the ITALIAN NACHOS, and every dish
my husband & I have tried have been great. We try to go there
as often as can , not just on special occasions.

The newest entrant into the Lexington Italian scene, and as of
right now, my least favorite of the lot. Service was poor at best,
and the food was no better than Fazoli's would have been at
a third of the price. Don't waste your time.

Food was above average, service was not so great. We went during
lunch so it wouldnt be so busy. We were one of about 4 tables and
the waitress seemed as if she had a million other things more important
to do. We were a party of 5 and all of us got our entrees at the once
except one and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the final
dinner. By then all of the other dinners were cold.
