The reason for the lackadaisical care is that it is the meeting place
for Julia Lynn, the queen of the Kansas Senate. Has not been confirmed
but she may have an interest in the place or maybe her hubby. She certainly
knows how to meet here, but doesnt know how to vote yea or nay....just
does't vote, that way she doesn't offend anyone.

This place could be great but it is not; high priced and average quality
food. The service is lackadaisical due to the inexperience of the wait
staff. We waited interminably for drinks only ten feet from the bar,
our server was not old enough. The atmosphere is lovely but the overall
experience was not to be repeated or remembered. We had the most expensive
steak selection and it was strange. When we tried to get it redone or
something else, it took an act of Congress with all the staff fluttering
about and we could then see why the restaurant was empty except for us.
