This Mexican joint is located in a strip mall in Prospector near
the Cemetary. Chubby's as it is known to locals is the best
cheap eats in town. The proof is in the fact that you can always
find local mexicans in for lunch not to mention the crowd of locals.
I have gorged many times on the burritos smothered in salsa, cheese, sourcream
and guacamole. Whether you just off the mountain or getting off
the bike trail, chubasco's is the place in town to get lunch.
