Not a big fan of this type of food, but this place made it worth it.
Great atmosphere and service, and the food was good. For those
of you particular to this, it would probably be great food.

Copeland's is a chain cajun restaurant that is very good. Food is excellent and their advertisements in Minnesota always say "Ketchup is not a spice".
Copeland's can be a noisy restaurant (good or bad depending on your tastes) and they have live New Orleans bands on the weekends. The one warning or drawback I can think of is that the level of service and speed of service is hit & miss. I have gone there quite a few times and I recommend the eggplant pirogue for the adventurous types. The seafood platter is a lot of money and you get a platter of fries with a little bit of seafood. Some truly fantastic dishes to be found there and it is difficult to find anything else like it in Minnesota.

I think that Copelands is great. I went there with 10 other people
and they make you feel like royality. The service was great, food
was excellent, atmosphere was wonderful. I plan on going back
again!

really good food, nice atmosphere to eat in. The staff is very
friendly but they were sort of slow over the lunch hour. It did
not seem to be very busy but it took them a long time to get back to
you. while worth a visit to try at least once.
