The wine was great, although we had a hard time choosing. Our waiter gave us a couple tips to help guide us. (Amarone was our choice). Overall, nothing too fancy, just great food in a cozy spot that took us away from America for a couple hours.

Excellent. I have been here 3 times now and always look forward to going back. The cold appetizer for two and the veal chop are two of my favorites...

TO DIE FOR... If you can ever get their lobster bisque, consider

it a once in a life time treat. They rarely make it. I can find nothing

wrong with anything in this restaurant. Food, service, ambiance,

all way above average. Lamb and veal out of this world, Fresh veggies,

delicious bread, exquisite desserts. A very good value for the

dollar. Nicely paced, not rushed. <br> This restaurant is actually in Pawtuxet Village in CRANSTON,

not Providence. The area is also very nice for an after dinner

stroll.

If you like Southern Italian, very nice. I had the Mussels in spicey

tomato clam broth (arrabiata) to start with. Probably 20 of those

wonderful little buggers! Great with the toasted bread to dip

in the broth. For dinner I had to try the Veal Chop. What a huge hunk

of wonderful! The oyester mushroom demi was a masterpiece. My

partner had the Spinach Salad and the Fruite de Mere (with a ton

of seafood

Depending on what you order this place can be very pricey. Not

necessarily worth it depending on what you are expecting when

you walk in. However the food is great, and the staff was very nice.

Definitely authentic Italian. Puts Olive Garden to shame. The food is great and the place is beautiful.

What a treat! A real Italian restaurant, complete with a Neapolitan menu, a wine list of over 100 Italian Wines, and the best staff on Federal Hill. We started with the wonderful Calimari Friti, had the Aqua Pazza (halibut) and finished with a decadent Tortina for dessert. The food was outstanding, the wines were new and exciting and the service was prompt and knowledgable. A true gem amoung pebbles.
