Technically this restaurant lists itself as Himalayan - with Tibetan
and Indian cuisine. Go and have this food. I suggest getting there early (as locals start packing in promptly
at 7:00) and ordering either the meat combo or veg combo (or both). The
lamb is a bit greasy. Good spice to all of the dishes. Cauliflower is
fantastic, greens are pretty standard and the chicken dish - which
is not named as tikka masala (however is the same) - is great! They call
it the Annapurna Kukhura. Beers are standard, wines available by the glass. Best part is the atmosphere; you don't have to do it, but de-shoe-ing
and cross legged seating is playful. Generally 2 people on waitstaff at times when we have gone. One is informative,
inviting and helpful. The other is as if one were to expose an impressionable
Tibetan girl to MTV 24/7 for about 3 years; a bit pushy on the alcohol,
a little surly and short on service. You'll know the two apart immediately
