I'm a buffet hog, though I haven't been in awhile Ryan's isn't as trashy as most people would assume it was. The food was always of great quality, the salads were always fresh and had TONS of choices for topping the salads. I LOVE THE PLACE.

As Ryans restaurants are remodeled, they become Fire Mountain restaurant, and there is an increase in quality and variety at the time of this change. This Ryans has not had this change-over yet, but I find it hard to believe that even the Fire Mountain change can improve either the variety or the quality of the food here. It is outstanding. Clean facility, good food, great variety, friendly people. If I look REALLY close to find SOMETHING that could be improved, I would say the Brussel Sprouts could have been cooked a little less. But even that is a personal taste thing. A GREAT restaurant -
