This is a typical authentic Mexican restaurant, but with a really unique atmosphere. There are a few interesting sections of dining areas, and one of them gives you a serious, outdoor, looking up at tall buildings, appeal. The restaraunt is in the downtown business district, and the architecture is such that the exterior of 3 surrounding tall buildings is revealed inside the restaurant, the section where the cieling is skylit 30' high. To explain the bad rating, the first time I dined, everything was on target, probably a 5. Then the next time, service wasn't as great, took too long, and felt neglected. But the third time was the worst. The chips were extremely hard, and the waitress claimed there was nothing she could do to get more chips, that this was the only batch they had. So maybe this means you have a 1/3 chance of a good dining experience. Good Luck!
