Food is good for Dim Sum on weekends. However, we noticed on several
occassions (after observing very carefully) that people who
appeared to be friends/acquaintenances of the operators of
the restaurant (all Chinese) were always seated ahead of number-carrying
patrons in queue. Without exception. This made us a bit suspicious
since these people (a) never took a number, (b) waltzed right
in, laughed, joked, then sat down, (c) could not have had a reservation
since China Village told us that they don't do that as a practice.
Maybe we misread the situation.

This is a Hong-Kong restaruant. On the expensive side. Most
entries are priced even higher than May Flowers in Milpitas.
We tried salted spicy spare pork ribs ($9.00), and it was
excellent. A mix vegetable dish ($8.00) was just average. Sea
food soup ($8.00) was very good, but with too much starch. Good
and clean table cloth. If the price can go down 1 to 2 dollars
per dish, it will be our favorite.

I went here on a "whim" to celebrate a friends birthday.
The atmosphere is certainly better than average and the food
was good (curry chicken, vegitable saute, sweet and sour pork,
and beef with vegetables. I found nothing exceptional. I'm sorry
I did not hear about the eggplant dish sooner. Maybe next time.
Parking is somewhat difficult, especially on a rainy night.

This is the place to go for Dim Sum on the Pennisula. We go there
nearly once a month and always lament leaving when more items come
out of the kitchen that we haven't tried yet, but are too full to eat.
The braised asparagus spears and the crusted prawns are special items
that we really enjoy.

Excellent food, courteous, efficient service. We had the Lemon
chicken, beef blackbean chow fun and Hunan eggplant. A large presence
of older Chinese patrons attest to the quality of the food. Excellent
menu. I've heard that the Dim Sum is excellent. We plan to go back.
Plenty of free parking in the back.

Good food and nice decoration. I have tried the eggplant
which is nice. Friendly waiter and good service. Besides
the restaurant is located close to Oracle building.

This is our regular take-out eat-in Chinese place.
Seafood is usually very-well handled. Great dishes
with oysters & crabs. Their Hunan braised eggplant is
among the best I've had. Nice atmosphere, often excellent
service except when the huge round tables are filled with
families. Then, sometimes the couple eating in the corner
can feel a little lonely and ignored. Never a bad dish,
and rarely less than excellent.
