There barbecue ruined us for eating any local barbecue (we live in Indiana,
not exactly a hotbed of barbecue). I doubt you could find a better barbecue
anywhere for that matter. Outstanding barbecue.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Serious Texas Barbeque. The food is
very good and you have the option to eat in an outside porch area which
was really nice. I plan on revisiting Durango soon, and I will definitely
eat at the Serious Texas BBQ again.

This was a surprise. The owners are relocated Texans. Order at
the counter; pick-up your long necks from a barrel (the beer is
nestled in the ice)and find a seat - if you can!

We had the Sampler ($12): BBQ'd beef slices, smoked turkey,
pork, and sausage. This was served with a side of baked beans (excellent!)
and was simpy too much to eat!
<br>
Ribs were $11 to $15. Overall, the menu is limited but, judging
by the lines that began forming about 5:30pm, this place is locally
popular.

It is probably the best barbecue we've had.
