We found the service lousy. After being told it would be a "10 minute wait", it took 45 minutes until we noticed people were being seated that had got there after we did. Evidently, if you don't make a reservation you are relegated to some kind of 'stand-by seating'. Reminiscent of airports, something they neglect to tell you. From what we observed, from sitting there for over 45 minutes, there are 6 booths and some seating 'in the back' some where. If you should stand up, to stretch (from waiting so long) your chair will be removed - for seating else were. Management is, at best, incompetent. The hamburgers looked rather small. They seem to use an huge amount of french fries as a filler with the orders. If you make reservations you might get treated better. If you think you're just going to walk in and have dinner - think again. They should list themselves as 'reservation only'. Because, it is obvious they cannot handle a cro ... more

We will not be going back, nothing is worth being treated like dirt - which is how we were treated. Considering the cost of gas, you have to cross the freeway to get there and the 'waiting area' (if that is what you want to call it) - which is about the same size as a small kitchen, it isn't worth the effort to get to the table. I have had a better experience waiting for a overdue flight at an airport, or waiting at a dentist office. All-in-all, it was a waste of time and gas. As for the food? we'll never know - and don't care! To bad there isn't something lower than one star. less
