I went in here expecting a kebab place like the Turkish restaurants
in New York City. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality
was several steps higher, but at the same or lower prices.
Everything was made from fresh ingredients, from the appetizers
(including the first dolma I ever had where I could clearly taste
the currants, pine nuts, and mint) to the roast lamb, the kebabs
(the chicken kebab was as tender and moist as you'll find), up
to the dessert (their "bottom of the pan" is a specialty).
If you have trouble choosing, they have a combination platter,
or you can choose any two entrees for $9.95.
