Not a place to go when you're in a rush (although they do very
well on a lunch time schedule). The decor, food and service is
wonderful. Highly recommend them during the summer as they open
the front windows and it's like being on a veranda.

I wasn't paying, my husband was, so I'm not sure. It wasn't
cheap but they had a kids menu and 12 and under can eat for $5. The
atmosphere is lovely. The waiter was great. The salmon alla griglia
was delicious! I recommend it. A great place to take out of town
guests!

Casa Bona is a very new Italian restaurant in Nashville. It's
so new, that they don't have a sign up yet, just a banner.

It has very nice decor, and it aspires to be an upscale restaurant.
Since I was only in town visiting, it might be a while before I go
back to visit. It's unfair to judge a restaurant right when
it opens, because they usually have to work the bugs out.

My biggest complaint is about the Veal Nashville I ordered. Most
veal dishes have the veal pounded out flat to make it more tender.
This versiion of Veal Parmigiana featured veal that was a little
tough. The flavors were good, I just couldn't get past the
tough veal.

Our server, who was swamped, made up for it with her good service.
Comping me two glasses of wine didn't hurt, either.

Give it a try and see if they've improved.
