The Sunriser used to be a breakfast only restaraunt open from 4:30 am until noon. Breakfasts were all home cooked including freshly made hashbrowns every day. A typical meal was a 6 egg omelet with 1 lb. of hashbrowns and toast for about $9.00. Ham & eggs was 4 eggs with a slab of ham about 1/2 inch thick and the 1 lb. of hashbrowns and toast - about $8.00. I have heard that they have changed to a lunch only menu now and if the past is any indication, it will be huge, very reasonable priced and absolutely excellent food. The place is VERY small with room to seat about 20. Reservations are not accepted and it was not unusual to see a line waiting to get in that was 1/2 block long. Give it a try.
