This restaurant, formerly Bertha Miranda's Mexican Restaurant, has changed hands and the new owners renamed it as Ricardo's Mexican Food and Cantina. The same address and phone number, it can be a little tricky to find (behind Albertson's on Oddie Blvd). But the same wonderfully authentic food, service and South-of-the-Border charm persist. <br> Daily lunch specials are just $6.50 + tax. Their menudo is served in a huge bowl and DELICIOUS! Their chicken mole was a real hit with several in our party and their menu is varied enough that everyone can find something they will LOVE. The extensive, bi-lingual menu is delightful. They offer entertainment and live music on weekends and their "homemade" sauces are available for take home purchase. Excellent Mexican food, flavors, service and atmosphere. Their tortillas, salsa and hot sauces were delicious, with generous poritons and no hesitation for refills. Their chile rellenos were fantastic, and the tostada salad ("El Sombrero" was both filling and delicious. A great family place to experience Mexican food at its very best. less
