The food was awsome and authentic. I would of given it more stars if they would of had more Vegan option. The Vegitarian options are really really good though as I saw. Their place is great for meat lover heaven, many many dishes for meat heads. I wish there was at least a subsitute given for some of the recipies for vegaitarians and vegans, like a soy or wheat base meat substitute (of course I understand why, then it wouldn't be authentic... unless it was a Philipeno dish. Bur it would just be nice to have the same food as the meat eaters without the meat of course LOL). I like it alot becuse it's actually authentic style cooking and the flavors are traditional. None of that fake tex mix or fake Mexican food like some of these Americanized Latin food joints here in the Triangle.
