I heard rave reviews of their burgers so I made the trek to Mountain City
one snowy day just to eat here. I had to be strong, because I could hear
their cornbread calling my name but I was on a burger quest. I am happy
to say that Trader's Gap has amazing burgers (at great prices)
cooked and served by down home friendly people. I would not hesitate
to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Serving breakfast lunch and dinner (if you're Northern
- Suppr if you're Southern). This is the greatest restaurant
around...excellent food, great prices and the friendliest
service in Johnson County Tennessee. Their menu is the greatest
- something for everyone no matter what your tastes may be. If
you like good ole' home cookin' try it - you will absolutely
love it.

A treasure hidden away in northeast Tennessee. Breakfast here
is country style, ,, like you remember from years ago. Stop
once, ,you'll come again at every opportunity. Clean, ,bright, ,
cheerful with a friendly staff and management. Lunch and dinner
as good as breakfast.

Our favorite, ,and the favorite of many other local folks. Travelers
heading north on Rt.421 out of Boone, NC or south from Mountain
City, TN look to Traders Gap on the state line. You won't
be dissappointed.
