These postings for different stores (like multiple McDonald's) in the same location posted under ONE not their own individual locations. I really don't know what's up with that since I made sure each and every one was listed with it's address, the full correct address & I even looked up the phone numbers to complete the review. The Sheffield locations are 4201 Jackson Hwy Sheffield AL 35660 with play area and drive-thru & 324 South Montgomery Avenue which has no play place but has drive through; I was trying to correct the listing for the one on S. Montgomery so it slipped through twice unfortunately. The 2 star rating for the one posted May 4th is the Jackson Highway location.

Play area and drive-thru and the only reason it didn't get the 1 star instead was because at least it's in this city. Having said that, it's a nightmare to get into and out of and it doesn't stay open like the one in Muscle Shoals just right down the road. The service always seems way too slow. It doesn't help that it doesn't stand out any more than any other fast food restaurant, but of course it's the standard fast-food with some 'healthy' alternatives thrown in including vegetarian type food items; everything from chicken 'mcnuggets' to shakes to burgers to fries to whatever new thing they're trying out. Kids' Meals with whichever toy(s) running at the time, of course. After all, McDonald's is a burger plus type restaurant but it's still McDonald's--whether that's good or bad depends on the person and their mood I suppose.

Standard fast-food with some 'healthy' alternatives thrown in; everything from chicken 'mcnuggets' to shakes to burgers to fries etc. Bit hard to get to the outside order if you don't drive in just right, employees slow and uninformed (like not knowing that something is on special if you order 2 of that item, even though there is a huge sign outside about it and so forth). Average cleanliness, which isn't saying much. If someone just has to have McD's, they're better off at any of the other locations, basically; and they have 1 in Muscle Shoals & 1 in Florence, so why go to a second-rate place like the one in Sheffield?
