Way over-hyped. Doesn't live up to the advertising. It tries too
much to be a party atmosphere, and doesn't pay enough attention
to the quality of the food.

Not bad for a chain. Their chicken fried steak with gravy, eg, is pretty
good. Better than you'll get at most diners. Their baby back ribs,
though, are pretty mediocre, despite the abundance of advertising
and catchy tune.

The fact that Chili's is in Valley River Center is about the
only thing Not going for it. Well, and it's kind of small.
But otherwise, great food, awesome drinks, and a cool atmosphere
make this place a favorite of mine.
