The beef is the runaway favorite. But there are also lamb, pork and turkey French dipped sandwiches. The meat is the choicest available served on fresh-baked French rolls dipped in juice. Home-made salads include macaroni, potato and cole slaw. Lots of deserts including heavenly baked apples and banana cream pie.

Absolutely great food. The bread and everything was great. It is one of the best meals I have ever had. It has a great lunch menu.

The Beef French Dip sandwich is a classic -- great meat and nice crusty bread. Order at the counter and find yourself a place at communal tables. They do now have a wine list with such high enders as Silver Oak cab.

Almost a century old and still going strong. Best known for their French dipped sandwiches. The beef is the runaway favorite. But there are also lamb, pork and turkey French dipped sandwiches.
