At Sazio, you can order what they call 'Grandioso' platters, enough to share. Or just get two 'Solo' platters and share those too.

This is a nice Italian restaurant and perfect for first dates. The food is very good and large portions. The staff is nice and the atmospehere is very warm and relaxing. I would recommend this restaurant.

We're happy to have a place like this to recommend, because this area of town is kind of shy on decent dining joints. For this spot, you have Gustav Mauler, who originally set up all the restaurants in The Mirage, to thank. He's out on his own now, creating kicky little restaurants all over town. For our tastes, his food isn't quite interesting enough, and can be hit or miss, but when Sazio is on, the food's delicious. The menu is full of traditional Italian dishes -- no, it's not just spaghetti with meat sauce, but don't look for any froufrou nouvelle cuisine here. Having said that, it's a heck of a lot better than most Vegas hotels' generic Italian food, and portions are sized either for one person or grandioso, which is meant to feed two people and easily does so, with likely leftovers. It's great fun to come in a group, order a few of the larger portions, plop 'em in the center of the table, and have a feeding frenzy. Desserts include a knockout cheesecake.

Sazio's is a great Italian Restaurant. Their service is incredible and the food is outstanding, no matter if it's pasta, steak of chicken, it is all great. They also have a dinner show at that restaurant and the food in the show is the same as the restaurant, and it is the best. It is located inside the Orleans hotel which is about 1 mile west of the strip. Definately worth a try if you are into Italian food. And the decoration is a modern look, very interesting.

If you are looking for a great meal at a great price this is the place to go. If you are like me and my husband, you always want to try what the other person has ordered. At Sazio, you can order what they call 'Grandioso' platters, enough to share. Or just get two 'Solo' platters and share those too. Trust me, you will enjoy it!!

GUSTAV HAS CREATED A YOUNG HIP VERSION OF THE LARGE PLATTER FAMILY STYLE ITALIAN RESTAURANT. THE WILD COLORS CREATE A UNIQUE ATMOSHERE WORTH SEEING. THE DINING ROOM IS FILLED WITH ANDY WARHOL LIKE COMPUTER DRWINGS OF THE LOCAL LAS VEGAS STARS. THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC. YOU ASRE GREATED BY A PIZZA OVEN AT THE FRONT DOOR. THERE IS A LARGE BAR AND SEVERAL PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS.
