Very good NW/French food in a pleasant setting and nice hotel. It's
not always the most imaginitive food, but it's usually executed
well. A nice, simple bread pudding. It's also a good value. Most
dishes are under $20 for quality comparable to the more expensive Wildwood
and Paley's.

Very nice restaraunt inside the hotel. Not your typical hotel restaurant.
The prices are resonable. Very nice service. Nice selction on the menu
and is very good.

An excellent restaurant for meat. All sorts the Head Chef loves
meat in all its forms. The restaurant is not very intimate and
conjures images of New York and Chicago eateries meant for the
business class.

For years we have gone to the Heathman as a family for Christmas.
We have always been impressed with the service and the quality
of the food——favorites are venison, steelhead and reindeer.
Chef Boulot is incredible; he is the winner of the 2001 James Beard
Award for excellence. French sparkling cider is our favorite
drink, and the Chocolate Gormandice (sp?) is the most popular
dessert.

the less a great meal and good service.
