We love this resturant and our waitress Jessica was an excellent waitress
she was very polite and was there for us when we needed anything made
sure our food was hot and made sure we were happy with our meals. Please
when you go to 99's on a tuesday or thursday
night ask for Jessica. She also works saturday and sunday during the
day. If you want a waitress who cares about you and wants you to have excellent
service be sure to ask for this wonderful young lady. She made our dining
experience joyful. Thank you Jessica

My husband and I eat at the Rutland, VT establishment quite frequently,
until last night. First off, our waitress, Missy, totally screwed
up our order. She then proceeded to bring us out little bowls that contained
what we asked for. Our table looked like a smoorgasboard! Isn't
a waitress supposed to listen to what the customer is ordering? Our
only tip for her is to "look both ways before crossing the street".
Hope she can pay her bills with that tip! Secondly, my husband ordered
his sirloin tips medium-rare (as rare as you could possibly get it was
his exact wording). When he received them they were so dry that he could
barely eat them. We brought them home and the dogs even refused to eat
them! So between the service and the food, we are no longer customers
of your establishment.

Five of went to the 99 at 110 South Street in Waltham for lunch today,
we go evey week on Friday. Today Feb 4th 2005 we had to wait 10 minutes
to be seated our waitress was slow to take our drink order and our
food did not get to our table until 12:50 we have only 1 hour for
lunch there has never been any problem in the past when we complained
to the Manager (Paul Shingle) he was very rude and seemed to almodt
argue with us and only made excuses for the problem, he never said
he sorry for the inconvienance. I don't know if we will give
another try next week or not we were very dissapointed....
