I agree with all the previous reviews. An excellent place to go for lunch
with a really great menu and quick friendly service. If you are in the
area you have no excuse not to give it a go!

Excellent food. Excellent decor and service. Pricey but worth it.
Always crowded. You should try to go there at least once. But good luck
getting i.

Outstanding in every way with very attentive service, outstanding
food, and a location right across Central park on columbus circle.
The $20 prix fixe lunch is the best deal in town and offered 6 days
a week. The more casual cafe sports a more relaxed atmosphere
whereas the formal dining room is great for people watching.
One of the truly great NYC restaurant dining experiences.

Vote! I was very impressed with the service and food at this establishment.
It was my first visit to a French restaurant, and also my first
taste of escargot. I was amazed at the taste! The service, without
a doubt, was impeccable.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST LUNCH IN TOWN!! I LOVE Jean Georges, and will
continue to spread the word. The $20.03 prix fixe lunch is the
best deal in town....Three courses of expertly prepared dishes,
that, while occasionally on the unexpected side, always turn
out fantastic. Consistently great service and food. If nothing
else, make the trip just say you've eaten there....I consider
it a criterion for being a true New Yorker, so add the Jean Georges
experience to your list!

There're a few important things you need to know about this
restaurant. One, its chef Jean Georges Vongerichten is also
a demi-god among French food lovers. Two, there's hardly
a restaurant in New York that can beat this one on freshness when
it comes to the food. Three, if cooking is an art, this place must
be for the perfectionists.

While it may be pricey to eat in this restaurant, the faint hearted
should be delighted to know that it offers a fixed-price lunch
menu, a 3-course dinner & of course, a chef's choice
tasting menu, throughout the year.

Love this place....Had the $20 prix fixe lunch and it was the best
money I ehave ever spent. The room is beautiful, the service is
perfect and the food is creative and tastey beyond belief. Just
a wonderful experience overall.

The atmosphere and food is exceptional, but the value for that
food is not. Some of the fusion examples work very well and some
should have stayed outside of the kitchen. It is a place to see
and to be seen, especially on a Friday night, but try to get reservations
if you are not famous. It is worth going to if you can get a seat and
price is no object for the bill.
