DO NOT EAT HERE! After waiting over an hour for food we did not get what
we ordered. 6 out of 8 of us had dishes with scallops in them. None of us
got any scallops. When we questioned the waitress she basically said
too bad, we're out. When we asked if we would be compensated for
no scallops she became very rude and even said "what do you want
me to do go to the acme." We asked to speak to the owner and she came
out yelling & told us to leave if we were not happy. Unbelievable.

Can't really talk much about the food because i never did get any.
we arrived at 7:15, (we had reservations) were seated at 8pm and at
9:05, we left after being screamed at by the owners obnoxious daughter
who told us that they were busy and it took so long because each entree
was cooked to order!! Well guess what so is the food at olive garden and
that staff is very nice and attentive. no food is that good that a customer
should be ignored for over an hour and then admonished because you ask
why the service is so poor. we weren't even asked if we wanted a drink.
in this economy, this place should realize that people want to spend
their money where they will be appreciated. perhaps they should invest
in a traing program for their staff, starting with the daughter

The food is fine. The service is the pits.
The bad reviews are justified in my opinion.
I was waiting for take-out becuase the service is so bad. After arriving
at the predetermined time, I waited for another complete 45 minutes
before I asked for a refund (silly - already payed)of roughly $68. They
declined and said they do not provide refunds. I was floored by the rude approach and lack of accountability, so, I
continued asking for my money. Next thing you know, the owner comes
out of the kitchen and says "I'll f*** kill you." and
shoves me into the foyer area. The cops came thanks to someone in the restaurant calling. I found in
discussing the situation with the police this is not the first time
this has happened. Unreal.

Seriously, if I had seen these other reviews before I visited, I just
wouldn't have. Good food in a restaurant is STRICTLY dependent
on the service you recieve. Mother and Daughter at this restaurant
were so rude I was appalled. I've been so flattered at other restaurants
when the owner spoke to me. In this case I wish they hadn't. They
fight with each other, they snipe at you, who wants that? It was more
than annoying. The food is soooo good. But it doesn't make up for
the poor attitude of the owners. I can't fathom the carelessness
they treat their customers. Take my advice, go to any other Italian
restaurant (even a chain like maggianos!) before you support mean
people like this. I'm all for diversity and small business, but
not at the expense of service. Terrible, simply Terrible.

This place is an enigma wrapped in a conundrum...on one hand the food
is great and you get plenty for the costs. On the other, the service is
so bad and the ownership so unreasonable they make you want to never
go back!! Listen to this story... I organize a dinner for my wife and a group of our friends (about 20 people
total). We had a reservation for 7PM on a Friday night. Everyone arrives
at 7PM to be seated...at 7:15 I go in and ask what the holdup is and am told
the table will be ready soon. At 7:45 the natives are getting restless
so I go back in again and am told again that the table is not ready. Not
wanted to make a stink I just decide to open a few bottles of wine and have
a cocktail party in their lobby while we wait. A few minutes later the
owner comes out and tells me I can't drink in her lobby. I tell her
too bad, that I have 20 guests that have been waiting patiently for an
hour and if she doesn't want us to drink in her lobby then she should
get us a table. At 8:30PM they FINALLY seat us. I know this is long but it gets better. Everyone eats and has a good time,
the food is fantastic but the service is average at best. About 25% of
the orders come out wrong. Since we are starving at this point we just
deal with it and eat what they gave us. Now comes the fun part...dinner is over and I get the bill. In an effort
to control costs and make it easier for the restaurant my wife and I had
picked out a limited menu for our group. We knew going in that each person
would cost no more than $20 with appetizers, dinner, dessert and coffee.
When I get the bill each person is averaging over $30. When I question
the waitress(the owner's daughter) & the owner I am told that
groups are "Always priced higher" than small tables. I
laugh and tell her that is unacceptable that it should be the other way
around and she proceeds to go from speaking perfectly good english
to pretending that she only speaks italian and she doesn't understand
what I'm saying. Long story short I end up paying the bill that night
telling them that I will be back the next day to go over the charges. They
proceed to give me the runaround for over 2 weeks, every time I stopped
by they were too busy or gone for the day. Finally I came during a dinner
seating and refused to leave. After all of this crap they agreed to a
flat rate of $20/person. Not bad but still more than $2/person more
than it should have been. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO HERE!!!
