The food is very good, but expensive. The wait times are unbelievable. It is best to come in at odd times of the day to avoid frustration! Olive Garden has a never-ending pasta bowl offer that starts sometime in September every year. I tend to visit a lot while its going on because their prices are too high otherwise. Instead of salad with your meal, get the pasta y fagioli soup. Its included with your meal as an alternative to the salad.

This olive garden is alot busier than most, but still great service, great prices and great food. Expect long waits for tables and food on most days. The best time to go is 2:30-4pm when they are the slowest. Don't let bad reviews fool you, typically the few people that do have a bad experience are the only people that leave reviews, and trust me there is a higher chance of you having a great experience than a sub-par one....otherwise they wouldn't be in business and have so much traffic....

The Service here was not bad. There wasn't much of a Selection to choose from. However the Meal was Delicious. So all and all it was not a great place but not a bad one either...it was just... Good.

We arrived at 4:30pm to find the restaurant totally unbusy and got a parking space in the almost empty first row. We were seated immediately and beverage orders taken. Our waitress arrived to take our order and said "you want salad, right?" Usually we have soup but what the hay, we ordered salad. Our beverages arrived with nearly no ice...could the unusually hot day of near 70 degrees in Tacoma have caused an ice shortage? Our salad arrived and we ate it, but no one offered more. After awhile we figured we weren't going to get more so piled the dishes up. That seemed to tell our waitress we wanted no more because she just removed the dishes and salad bowl. Our beverage glasses were filled again but no more ice was added so we had luke warm drinks! Suddenly our entrees arrived and guess what, mine was not what I ordered. So she went back and got mine. I ordered the eggplant. Now, eggplant must be more scarce in Washington than ice because my eggplant was so thin I could barely tell it was eggplant. I mean the pieces measured 3/16th inches tall (I measured the little piece I brought home). Try to fit eggplant in that. So it was mostly breading. I could tell there was eggplant in there because I could see some seeds on some of the pieces, others were totally questionable there was any in there. My husband ordered the new steak dish with the alfredo sauce and was told the meat would be "medium", was that okay with him? He agreed but my goodness, what he got were 4 small little pieces of well done meat. Why ask if medium is okay if it is going to be cooked well? And the picture on the menu looks like double the portion of meat. I know advertisements tend to exaggerate but this was unbelievable. You know we used to have family birthday dinners (10-15 people) at the Olive Garden and my husband and I went there on our own frequently. Seems to me your service, food and prices have gotten higher but the value isn't there anymore. We said to each other as we left that this would probably be the last time we came to Olive Garden anywhere and at anytime.

This place has such great food...though I agree with other reviewers they really need to rearrange the furniture. Overall though they have excellent food and a great staff.

Typical Olive Garden fare. Good food. I really don't like the dinning arrangement at this place...room is really open & I alwasy get the feeling that the folks next to me are clsoe enough to eat off my plate.

I enjoyed the atmosphere there for the most part. Service to me was excellent. I like to tip well, especially when it comes to the service by the waiter and other staff. I've been known to tip at least $15.00 if the service isn't too bad. The last time I was at the Olive Garden, I tipped the waiter $28.00. I also made their job easier by putting everything that was used in the middle of the table. I recommend going there, if you like good food. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for. The dishes that are offered are plentilful. There's enough there to where you may need a to go box.
