carl's diner in oxford, ma is unfair and i am going to strike the place. first of all, the smell is so tempting that it takes a super effort NOT to forget where you were going and make a b-line for this cooking (they should make a ladies perfume from this aphrodesiac wonderful smell) <br> then, after patience for a seat, i realize that this is going to shoot my diet all to hell ! and it did, BUT the food and the quantity put a huge "mello" into my stomach and my smile! <br> so BEWARE, carl's could put you into a huge good mood and make the whole day a SMILE. cremudgeons beware, this place could ruin your whole day!

By far the best breakfast deal. Whenever I drive through the area I stop to eat. When in the Boston area I make the 40 minute trip just for the great food. I cannot recommend this place enough. Enjoy the "Diner" atmosphere and feel at home while eating the best food around.

definatly best breakfast i ever had the portions were out of this world i remember my first time there the server said if we left hungry it was our own fault if we finished our 4 eggs, 10 sausage or bacon, or pound of fresh baked virginia ham, seprate platter of home fries and 6 toast and was still hungry carl would make exact meal again and at the time we paid 5.50 which included our drinks everytime i went there i'd take someone new as the other reveiwer said definatly worth the standing wait.
