Excellent sandwich. LOVE the fires and slaw on the sandwich. Get the Pastromi, mmmmmm. Famous for a reason---Really good. Great casual atmosphere. They do a lot of business, so wait if you have to, IT IS WORTH IT. You may want to share a sandwich, they are HUGE. Just tip the waitress more if you share, they work hard!!

The ideal, quintessential sandwich lives here. The Primanti sandwich, with fries, colesaw, pretty much everything but the kitchen sink, it delicious!!! They also have tasty vegetable soup and great chili.

This place is famous for its sandwhich. It follows the pittsburgh tradition of pile it on there. You might expect a high price, but you won't find it compared to what you walk away with. Stop in and try. Definately not for the "eating healthy only" crowd.

Great meld of a bar and food eatery. I love haveing a great beer to chase down one of the best sandwiches ever. They stack a ton of meat on each sandwich and it is to die for.

Make no mistake; This is a elbow to elbow grease pit food, stainless steel counter top, ketchup, salt & pepper experience and if you are looking for frills and petit dinning you'll not find it at Primanti's, but this is the aura and mystic of the Original Primnati Bros. in the Strip. What you’ll find a potpourri of people from the finely dress to grunge especially late night with the late night crowd three deep at the counter ordering. Just watching the ‘crew’ in motion is a symphony performance. I’ve been going to Primanti’s since the 70’s and have seen the strip evolve into what it is today a nice place for entertainment, shopping, and food. Primanti’s remains true to itself the heart of Pittsburgh soul a one and only Pittsburgh experience. I love it...!!!

this is the home of the world famous Primanti Bros. sandwhich. I love the sandwhiches especially the steak. I like to pour hoy sauce all over mine to spice it up a little. the place is small and can get packed to where you can't move but you have to try it at least once
