Good deli presentation. More like a MCl cafe. Several main dishes to choose from daily. Always a list of sandwiches available and usually pied high with meat! Watch out for the price! This will set you back about $10 for lunch. Better than MCL. Always fairly busy. Open for breakfast also. Extensive take out menu also!

This place is better than their downtown location. I've been here a number of times and always get great service and great food. Their grocery section also has very good food. They have the best Reuben, hands down.

This Carmel establishment just opened in August 2002 and is a major improvement in decor over Shapiro's other 2 establishments. Corn beef, and pastrami sandwiches are as good as they come. Side dishes are also very good and entrees such as meat loaf are available. The only draw-back is the price as my corn beef sandwich, iced tea and a side dish set me back $11.00. You can purchase their fine desserts as take-outs as well as all other items on the serving line.
