My wife and I dined at Phoenicia Easter Sunday April 4, 2010 with her
parents. The restaurant was not crowded. We noted several problems
with our visit.
1. Our server's favorite phrase was "I don't know",
when we asked questions about the menu and seasonings. Her clothes
were rumpled, hair was all over the place. Not the type of service you
expect at such an expensive restaurant. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I idscovered this jewel on my last trip to OS in November, 2004. I missed
last year because of Katrina. I'm praying this restaurant survived.
The food is outstanding, with presentation to match. The prices were
not budget, but it is worth every penny.

Great Lebanese (and Mexican?) food. Fresh ingredients. Friendly
service. Hummus, Baba ghanuj, falafel, kibbeh, grape leaves
and Fajitas. Shawarma, kabob, and fresh snapper with crabmeat.
Five of us ate recently for $60. Kids menu available. Pleasant
atmosphere. Easily one of the best places in OS!
