That Pasta Place

I ordered the pollo alla toscana. I expected the chicken to be stuffed with prosciutto(thin Ital. ham) as listed on the menu. Instead, it was stuffed with what seemed to be raw bacon fat. The bacon taste was so bad that I thought it might be spoiled. I asked the owner if it was indeed prosciutto, and she said "yes, but not imported". I had such an awful after taste in my mouth from the ham that I could not eat my chicken. Also, I ordered vegetables instead of pasta as a side dish. The were overcooked and mushy. I was sick to my stomach all night. My husband ordered the ravioli with the spicy sauce. The sauce was not spicy and the pasta dough was too thick, undercooked and gummy. Also, I thought for the type of restaurant, location and portions that the prices were too high. The staff was pleasant but not knowledgable about Italian cuisine.
