Holder's Country Inn in San Jose is a very large family-style
coffee shop and more. We like to go there for breakfast, as the
pancakes and waffles are light and wonderful. Holder's is also
open for lunch and dinner, so I guess that this is a full service
restaurant, but without a bar. Give it a try and you too might find
that you like it!
