There is no one word enough to describe the sushi at Mark's their executive sushi chef, Roy Villacrusis has hands of Gods! His creations like the Tempura Maki, Fresh farm raised Salmon, Citrus creme, asparagus tempura and chives, the whole roll is panko tempura and dressed with garlic soy and eel reduction! Can't wait for the next time I'm there to try his newest creations. You just have to try it for your self! He's the new Nobu!!!

You have to go and try the sushi at Mark's ! The sushi chef, Roy is the man! He has different menu almost everyday and he hasn't fail to amaze us evrytime we go there! I had sushi everywhere in the world including Nobu, but Roy's style is defenitely the best I had, and I will be back for more!
