With great treats such as boiled crawfish, Crawfish Pasta, Corn & Shrimp soup, and the ever so popular Seafood Platter this place gets a thumbs up in my book. Good prices and adequate servings. The best thing about the place is they season their seafood just right, and the service is very good as well.

Great neighborhood restaurant for getting good boiled crawfish for take-out. Price is reasonable.

Awesome to say the least. Something else to look forward to each time I visit the area. Great job, maybe they will include you in the New Orleans tour of great places to find authentic cajun food.

Great food at reasonable prices. Try the Shrimp Pasta or better yet the Crawfish Pasta for a real Louisiana treat. Seafood Platter is larger than most restaurants and cheaper, too. With softshell crab, $16.95. Home made soups are a real treat as well. I like the Artichoke Soup best. My wife is partial to the Corn & Shrimp soup. My highest recommendation for a local restaurant.

Excellent raw oysters! They are large, tasty, and reasonable. Mondays and Wednesdays they are 25 cents each. The stuffed crab is excellent... a must try. The crowd was pretty good, but moved along quite well. A really nice place!

This is the type of restaurant which has molded the New Orleans culinary image into what it is today. It is one of the few "seafood" restaurants to offer oysters on the half-shell, boiled seafood (depending on the season), and fried softshell crab in addition to the normal yawn of fried entrees (shrimp, oysters, and catfish). The seafood is fresh and seasoned "just right". The boiled crawfish are large and tasty, rather than "hot and salty" and the service is excellent. Fridays appear quite busy, but the family (all of whom work in the restaurant) rush about efficiently to keep things moving. Best of all, customers feel as if they're "dining with family", the New Orleans way!
