Excellent food and value. Good, friendly service. A loud restaurant,
lots of regular customers. Seafood dishes and steak. Not a restaurant
to impress a loved one or client, but I've never left hungry and
the steaks/prime rib have always been cooked properly. You can't
beat the food or the price.
In my opinion most famous steak houses, such as Crazy Johnny's,
are overrated. Not in this case. Crazy Johnny's has a filet
that will blow your socks off. Full flavored steak you'll
have to go back for again and again.

On a side note, make sure you get there before 11am for lunch or
7pm for dinner. There is always a wait. It just goes to show how
good the food is.
Here's a place to go for some incredible steak and potatoes.
They also have a great stuffed artichoke that you cannot pass
up. Average atmosphere and good service makes this a definite
must.
I really did not like this place. Too little light, and not enough
menu choices. There are like 5 things on the menu and that's it.
Better not be picky!

Steaks are great, but wonder why prices have jumped so much. Menu
is very limited, but most know this before they go. If I had to change
anything, it would be the lighting. In some spots you cannot even
see you food. Otherwise, nice informal place to eat.
It is hard to believe that five years ago, everything on the menu
here was $5.95, and now it has doubled. Filet mignons are now $12;
perhaps because of the nearby location of Ruth's Chris Steak
House, where they are priced at $23 (nothing included)! The prime
rib, with horse radish sauce, and "crazy" potatoes is still a
value at $9.95, as is the crawfish etoufee at $8.95.
This place has no atmosphere, and gets very crowded and noisey.
Home of the $5 steak dinner. Fast, fast service. Good quality
steaks and very limited menu selection. The prices are very
inexpensive, both at lunch and dinner. This is steak and
potato fast food. You'll eat a ribeye, potato and salad and
be gone in twenty minutes. The food is very good, the price
ridiculously low, but the speed (and overall bar-room
atmosphere) off-putting.
